I’m a broker with John L. Scott Puyallup, proudly serving Puyallup, Lake Tapps, Sumner, Orting, Graham, Tehaleh, South Hill, and Black Diamond. As a Certified Realtor, I love guiding both buyers and sellers through one of the biggest transitions of their lives. I have a special heart for first-time buyers and clients who appreciate a calm, patient presence and clear communication. Whether I’m helping you list a home, explore luxury opportunities, or take your very first step into homeownership, my goal is to make the process feel understandable, supported, and as stress-free as possible.
My business philosophy is simple: clients come first. I believe strong relationships are built on listening, trust, and ongoing communication. I take the time to understand your needs, your concerns, and your goals so we can move at a pace that feels right for you. You’ll always know what’s happening next, why it matters, and what your options are.
Before becoming a real estate broker, I spent over 20 years as an educator, specializing in special education., with a strong focus on students with significant behavioral and developmental needs. I worked with children who sometimes expressed themselves through hitting, kicking, biting, or destroying things, and I walked alongside their families through some very stressful and emotional seasons. Those years taught me deep patience, empathy, and the importance of staying calm under pressure. I am honored to have supported so many students and families, and I carry that same dedication, advocacy, and steady presence into every real estate transaction.
As a school volunteer, supporter of local charities and nonprofits, and an active participant in neighborhood and HOA activities, I care deeply about the communities I serve. I love sharing local favorites with clients, whether it’s enjoying the views and events at Sunrise Park & Pavilion in Puyallup, spending time by the water at Lake Tapps, exploring the trails in Tehaleh, or grabbing a bite at Crockett’s Public House, Republic of Pizza, or a cozy spot in downtown Sumner. Helping clients not only find a house, but a neighborhood and lifestyle they feel at home in, is one of my favorite parts of this work.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me on a local trail, staying active, spending time with family, or with a furry friend nearby. Most of all, I cherish being a grandma to two beautiful grand babies under the age of four. They are growing up bilingual, and it’s amazing to watch them learn and see the value of language and connection at such a young age. Every chance I get, I want to be with them — they truly light up my world.
I would love to help you in your journey, whatever it may be. Your story is unique and important, and I am here to listen. I can’t wait to meet you.
